Nostradamus' name came up in conversation between myself and Wolfie today on MSN although i was looking for the one said to occur in 1999 when death would come from the skies. Some historians believed Nostramdus' date to out of sync with modern dates due to mistakes in the assumptions our current calendar is based upon. Here is the one:

In the year 1999 and seven months
The Great King of Terror will come from the sky,
He will bring back to life the great king of Angolmois.
Before and after Mars reigns happily.

Ziroc,

your translation is Innacurate: "autour" means "around". Now, would it be "aux tours" (note two words) the translation would've been right.

That actual verse should be translated as
"will make tremble (or shake) around the new city"...

This vision still seems somewhat accurate. Unlike others in this tread, I believe that the "two great boulders making war" refer to the two towers in flames and not WWIII. The trembling could have been the ground shaking like an earthquake following the collapse of the two towers.
