Firstly, it wasn't in quotes. Second, it's only 19 if you count repeated letters (for exampe, 't' is in there twice), which means your counting alphabetic characters rather than letters (yes, there's a differnce, albeit a very pedantic one). If you don't count the repeated letters (which is more technically correct), there is only 10, which armageddon272 and I both said, and got wrong.

Aren't glow worms really insects? Beetles maybe?
And I think Great Danes came from Asia, but I don't know where in Asia exactly.

What is the only word in English which sounds the same when the last 4 letters are removed? "Q"

dermatoglyphics; sounds like tatoos'-writings on the skin?
Where does the expression “rule of thumb” come from?
I think it is (or was) a way of measuring?

What is unusual about the words: Uncopyrightable and dermatoglyphics?
They contain all five vowels plus the letter "Y". but so do "abstemiously" and "facetiously", and *they* have them in alphabetical order
"Dermatoglyphics" doesn't have a U...

Is stewardessess as word or is it meant to be stewardesses? What does it mean?

I think the answer to the scrabble one is 126. You can put either the Q or the Z on a double letter score, but not both, so you have 1+1+1+1+4+10+20 = 38, times 2 for the double word score, 76, plus 50 for using all your letters. Unless you add the 50 and then double it, but I don't think so.
That's what you get for posting a quiz when you are pissessed! Thanks AJ

The Scrabble answer is spot on!
