I have a housemate, who for a while has been hassaling me about what I eat (he doesn't like I prefer rice to pizza), who I talk to (he doesn't like some of my friends so thinks I should ditch them, yet expects me to love all of his friends straight off), what I talk to said friends about, who I go to the pub with (he nearly went mad when I said I was going with a PhD friend of mine), when I come home (I'm 19 for Christ's sake).
Last night, on the advice of the PhD friend, I told him I'm an adult and he shouldn't try and dictate my life.

Yeah... Now he isn't talking to me. Real mature.

hehe, some people are just control freaks. I'm of a lesser variety, I won't hesitate to advise against one of my friends dating someone if I don't trust the other person. But it's still their decision, so I let it go after I've said my piece, usually.

I'm now at a point in Eragon, where I can see just how substantially they messed with the storyline when they made the movie. It's almost not the same tale.

Controllers? Like in animorphs? Stupid parasites.lol. Anyway, rivial football game tomorrow night at Gladwin High school against Beaverton. Now i know that Gladwin hasnt lost to Beaverton in 23 years, but from what i hear from a friends brother, who's a seinor this year, the Gladwin varsity has had a really bad season.

I planned on going to watch, just to throw in some support from a former lineman, but i dont know if i really want to watch them lose.

I've been around since I was 13... Bloody hell. Heh.
EDIT - Well, 12, I suppose, but I turned 13 shortly after.

Happy Birthday!

Coldest start to October in 62 years over here. We're freezing! Temperature hasn't gone past 17 degrees Celsius for this entire week...

Insomnia sucks. Even if you know the cause (work stress). Two hours before the alarm goes off & I was wide awake. And today/tomorrow are my 2 busiest days of the week. C'mon Saturday!!!

Heh... unless that housemate's a significant other, DS, he's overstepping his bounds. Let him lick his wounds for a bit... as long as he isn't the one who controls the rental situation, you should be fine

And to you, DA! May this be but the next of many...

I'll second that, VR. Was up a bit late last night prepping some stuff for a customer I'm meeting with today, and at 2:30AM realized I still wasn't asleep yet.

That was a full hour after I greeted my pillow...

Game on!
