1. Check the NWN server status at the top of this webpage, copy the server's IP address and when you start NWN choose "join internet game". After logging in, you will see a list of servers running. From here you want to select "Direct Connect" and paste the IP address here. This should get you in!

2. There is plenty of action and the NPC's in the tavern you start in are quite funny, beyond that I believee roleplay is left to the players themselves.

I tend to like a blend of roleplay and action and I try to stay in character while I play, at least as far as the "party" and "talk" channels go, buts thats not always practical and I'm a big D&D geek anyway. [img]smile.gif[/img]


I would seek allies to crawl with for sure if playing a charcter that low, but thats just my opinion.

One cool thing about 1 cool store is the amount of gold you get when you level up "should" be proportionate to what a character of that level should have. As long as you don't visit the gold giving-guy then whatever you buy should be in balance for your level. It's not really designed with powergaming or min/maxing in mind but of course it can be used that way.

I plan on bringing a 6rouge/4assassin if SOU charcters are allowed or I will bring either my 10th or 15th level magic user. My player name is Dawn_Walker, feel free to message me if you see my name on the list.

Hey Ziroc, did you ban that troll that was shouting a whole lot of obsenities around the server right after the first time it was online, around 12:30 est? The character's name began with a "G", but thats all I remember. I warned them they would get banned, and they taunted me a whole lot, but I made my second concentration check and ignored them til they vanished. Why can't people just behave and have fun? It's a game for crying out loud!!!!! If you like, next time I'll write their player name and character name down and pass it along to you so you can do with what you wish.

BTW: I love the SOU additions, The suprise at the beginning of level two almost got me! and I noticed a few more traps as well, But that may have been because I get in right after the server came online. Anyway, tis something to keep my thief occupied and may get people to stop running everywhere they go! [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img] Keep up the good work!
