I just installed and I had some save games... wanted to check them out.. but then decided to start a new... Ive deleted the save games... but now the characters are there.. On one of them it wont let me delete cause that character has special item that is need to complete the quest.. help?

The other file your looking for is...ROSTER.DAT

Another way to do it would be to leave town and drop the item.
