For me, it was Silence of the Lambs. That scene at the end, where Jodie Foster is in the pitch-dark basement, gun drawn, and the killer, wearing night-vision goggles stalks her? Oh my gosh, I was white-knuckled on the edge of my seat.

That whole movie just gave me a good, creepy feeling!
