If you have a character that is so powerful, you feel BG2 will be easy, then your best solution is going solo. Yes, just you throughout the whole game. That makes things more challenging.

Saved files should remain in a folder somewhere and so shouldn't be deleted when the game is uninstalled. TotSC is a BG1 add-on that you can use to get your PC even higher in levels (legally). PC's are reduced in their level capability if importing from BG1 to BG2. IE. if you have a 12th level fighter he will be reduced to around level 7 or so when starting BG2.

Oh sorry guys one more question.

In reference to damage for example what does 2D4 mean, I'm sorry I don't have club, is it like 2 damage to THAC4 or something.

2D4 = 2 4 sided dice rolled and added together for a damage of between 2 & 8 points. 1D10 = 1 10 sided dice rolled for a damage of between 1 & 10 points. Modifiers not applied. The Flail of Ages is in parts in Nalias Keep.

Of course, the best advantage of bringing a character from BG1 to BG2 is the raised stats. You can get the max for each stat from playing through BG1 a few times.

First off, what fun is Shadow or GateKeeper? If you could cheat, then why play BG1? I don't mean max out all your stats, I'm just saying you can.
