In the Manual it says that there is a mage shop in bergost, but I can't find it. Is it in bergost or is it in an area near bergost? Please help me

It isn't in Beregost itself, but just west of it. It's a large fortress and called High Hedge. The Mage over there is named Thalantyr and he's got some great magical stuff for you (especially if you're a low level Mage)! Be aware of the two Flesh Golems that walk around in High Hedge however: make sure you talk to Thalantyr very quick so that they won't be hostile anymore.
