What level pick pocket skill does one need to pickpocket Freyedies without getting caught? My lvl 6 pick pocketing ninja while covered with the shadow spell was able to pick pocket several gems from him but after four attempts to get something better he got caught.

I believe my guy was only a level four - finally got it, but it took some time. Save, dip, dip dip, get caught, exit, load, dip, dip dip, get caught, exit, load, dip ...
