I was browsing a walkthru (to see if I missed anything) and I read that Nathaniel in Khuldahar has this for sale. I don't remember him selling anything!
Am I supposed to pick pocket him for this or something? Or will he sell it to me later (like after the Dragon's Eye or something)? TIA

It's in the Kuldahar pass, not exactly in Kuldahar. If you ask for Nathaniel's healing services (in the watchtower), you'll notice that there is an icon for item selling. You can get the ring there.
