Technically it is if you cast Time Stop right after the previous one has ended, or a bit before.

Oh. Use a Thief with UAI and TS traps, then...use TS from a scroll and place TS traps a few feet away from the battle. TS ends, lead the living enemy to the traps...=)

Repeatedly casting is a better idea, though. Buy a few TS scrolls.

Each Time Stop freezes all other people (unless they're immune) in place for three rounds. If you cast a Time Stop, followed immediately by another Time Stop, you will not stop time for SIX rounds, you will stop it for FOUR. Both of your Time Stops will run concurrently. But if you start casting your second TS so that it kicks into effect right when your first one runs out, then yes, that will stop time for 6 rounds.
