Since I'm the new magic upholder of the peace-keeping force I'll give you the new magic-laws

Art. 1 There will be no desintegration of other members
Art. 2 No monster summoning, this because we saw what happend ---> bunny thread
Art. 3 No Polymorphing, self polymorphing is allowed but on your own risk, there are still some of those killer bunny's out there
Art. 4 No demon summoning, I only have a restricted amount of protection from evil
Art. 5 Elemental summoning is partial permitted, as long as fire is combined with water, air is always permitted
Art. 6 Death spells (like power word kill, finger of death ect. ) are only permitted if you have a license, you can order this license today for only $ 30, let me know if you want one (also if you want someone else out of the way)

I'll be assigning people to check the magical activities. Any suggestions for new laws or advanced laws
