Well. First you have to go trought the Dragon Spire.
I guess that you haven't done that yet...

Only way to Brimloch is that ramp that goes in the mountain ( near Torin, that samurai ) and to get there, you must first finish Dragon Spire.

If you don't know where's the enterace to that cave or you need walktrought, I'll find link for your to Xignal's page.... Wait for a moment...

Edit to add links...

Okey! Here we go!
this link leads you to Xignal's page and you'll see map where's enterace to Dragon spire. click here

And here you get walktrought to that dungeon.

Either go through the Dragon Spire dungeon as Olli has said or Vanish through the pass connecting the Ishad N'Ha region with the Brimloch Roon region. (The pass - I mean the place where the ramp going from the dungeon leaves the Ishad N'Ha region and enters the Brimloch Roon region.)

As this is your 1st game you probably dont have the vanish spell yet, so it's through the Dragonspire you must go.
Before you can do that you must complete a town hall quest & visit the stout king in the stout mines.

in the stout mines, you haf to help Freyedies, the stout king, find some dragon ore that lies deep within the mines so that he can create for you the almighty (well, maybe not THAT almighty...) Dragon Armour capable of withstanding the fire of the bronze beast you will encounter at the entrance of the Dragon spire, or was it before the entrance......hmm.......
but be careful, in the mines you will encounter a few lava pups and dogs that can cause serious damage to you if you are not prepared !!!
ALSO, there is a way to get an infinite number of dragon ore so that Freyedies can make countless number of dragon armour that sells at 10000 or more gold PER ARMOUR!!! time for some money making eh.........

You'll need the shroud you get from D'Soto (S. Castle) as well as the Dragon Armor (Stout Mines) to get through the spire!

No !!!
You don't have to start over.
Even if you killed Freyedies...there is one or two sets of dragon armor, in the throne room vault.

And Bungleau...you can steal the ore back from Freyedies...repeatedly. (not sure if this works, if you play with the patch)

Slightly OT..

IMHO...dragon armor...doesn't actually contain any dragon ore...I give him the ore....he tells me, that he will start making the suite.....I steal the ore back....come back later and he's finished. So....I give him the ore....he tells me, that he will start....etc..etc.

Therefore...Dragon armor, Can not contain any dragon ore...because...I always steal it back, before he starts....lol
