What is the best class . Bye the way i am emailing this sight to my uncle and my dad. I am the authority at my house on this and i am 13. my uncle beat Soa w/ his monk alone. And my dad is hopless. I have memorized the whole versus book guide cause i was grounded and had nothing better to do.

I don't know if this may sound interesting, but I think that if you're a fighter, then you can really rock the game. There is a lot of options with availibility to all styles and weapons, and with weapons you can choose up to 5 proficency slots for a weapon. Plus there is good armor out there and a good amount of magical weapons. If you become really high level, you can help your party out a lot with your fighting skills.

Well, I'm kind of partial to wizards, so they are definitely the coolest class ever.
Other than that, if you even want hope of matching the fun of playing a wizard, it would have to be a multi-classed mage/something.....or any other interesting multi-class combination. i had a really awesome time playing a fighter/mage (time stop and then the hard hard smashings are probably one of the most satisfying experiences ever.) try to think of interesting multi-class combinations...after just single classes, that is kind of the next frontier when you've been playing the BG series as long as i have. |

Hmm from a pure power perspective monks are real good. Kensai/mages are extremly powerful. Sorcerers are fun to play as well and are cooler than normal wizards I think although they cannot handle 100% of the situations that a normal wizard could. Aside from those though there are a bunch of real fun combinations to play. Right now I am enjoying my ranger/cleric alot.

I'm playing a Fighter/Thief multiclass, he does great (not only with Jaheira, Aerie and Viconia ) I can't wait 'till he's gets on real high levels (assasination, deathblow, ect..)
