I have to write a formal letter to a American company for school, and I have to know how to correctly write down the address in which order should i put them and which should be on the same line?

company name
street
city
zip code
state
country

how do i have tp put these?

no. and street, suite or apt.
city, state/province (if applicable), zip code
country, international country code
