MARCH MADNESS, that is.

SEC tournament just kicked off a few hours ago, and Georgia is trouncing Auburn. Why do I care about the SEC? UK, stoopid! (for those who don't know, I will lose my rights to return to KY and visit my family if my blood ceases to bleed blue -- and it ain't just the family that will ban me, it's a state law, KRS- something or other).

So, will UK beat Miss St. in the tourney and secure the #1 seed in its division, securing an easier road to the final four? Or, will it lose and face the hard road as the #2 seed? Will St. Josephs manage to keep its perfect record? How will Stanford stack up this year? Will the fact that the bracketologists finally decided to give Gonzaga its due with a higher ranking bode well or ill for the Zags? Will Duke piss me off again?

These and at least 64 other questions will be answered this month. I, for one, can't wait.

I could see the opening that TL left from post 1 - the only mystery was whether you would read it and respond .

Horrid blunder for St Joes - they have been solid all year ut that perfomance was pathetic. I will just sit back hoping for an early Duke exit (I'm with you on that one TL ).

GO MSU!!! Oh wait, they're a tiny team from Montana who made it into the 64 once, only to be eliminated....

Now, why on earth is everybody so hard on duke?!?!

A-HA!! Donut is the first biscuit to fall into my clever UK trap. Mwuahahaha.

Ryaldin, everone is hard on Duke because this horrible little girly-boy named Christian Laetner once went to school there. He's eeeeeevil I tell you, eeeeevil.

We also don't like seeing them and their prissy psuedo-ivy ways year after year after year -- it's like a tea and scones party that invaded North Carolina, a place normally home to good, honest, bar-fightin' rednecks.

Plus, ain't none of us buying the fact that we're supposed to pronounce Coach K's name as "Shashevsky" -- it's either too fancy, or just ignernt, and we ain't got time for neither.
