LOL. I'd believe 200 degrees if your friend was talking in Fahrenheit but 400 is too much even for F. And 160% alcohol? Now I wonder why I've never seen that before... must be some estonian magic concoction

160%? You sure he didn't mean 160 proof? as I recall pure alcohol is 200 proof, or something thereabouts.

Yeah I'm not sure about the 120 degrees, we're hearing, Mack. Like I said, the highest I've been in is around 95 and that was hot enough. Oh, and you don't sit in anyone's sweat but your own, since you bring a towel in and sit on that.

Yeah I suppose not to much sweat will be around. Just it sounds so hot to be in there. I Am more of a shade sitter kind of guy.

Well, I'm not quite sure I've went to 120 but I'm pretty sure I've tried 110 for at least a few minutes. That's when you practically can't breathe anymore.

Yeah, it's really intense and sometimes you just wanna jump up and get the hell outta there, but it's worth it for the shower afterwards. After being so hot for so long, and sweating out your poor, innoncent pores until they started screaming for mercy, a nice cool post-sauna shower is the most refreshing, cleansing thing in the world. Mmmmm.

I've never been in a sauna...but I wouldn't like to go in one....I would probably pass out from the heat and humidity, I usually get dizzy spells in summer even if I'm not in a sauna.
So I don't think being in a sauna would be a good idea for me.
