Maybe Alienware should start brewing their own ale?

Back on topic, I'm sure you could build an equivalent machine with the same performance for a whole lot less. I have.

Yup, me too! It's a wonder what you can do with just a bit of computer savvyness and a tablespoon of salt. Money is still a factor, but when you poweruse it you get a mean killing machine to play that new 3D MMO Solitare.

Well, at the time I got it, I felt quite big about myself, and I still do as it runs perfectly everything I can find to test it. 4k+ 3D Mark 2003 isn't a low score, but it's the specials that count. And it only cost me about 1000€, and the day I got it I went to Alienware's website and set up an exact replica for some 500€ more. With the Alienware case with the cool blue lights and the T-Shirt.

That's crap, where's the monitor, digital camera, printer, TV Tuner card, wireless network adapter, memory card reader, ADSL modem etc. etc.? for that much you'd expect the lot.

So how much would all that cost? How long will that last you until the next upgrade?
