Indeed it should have, but it's too late for that and so I recommended deletion to stop the flamewar you proposed could happen.

I did not propose a flamewar, just warned against it. I suggest not deleting the posts, as a lot of people don't agree with that. The posts could serve as a reminder to people of what not to do.

Honestly, just drop the damn arguement. It's getting old now and lets just continue the trend of this thread as it was, alright? Anything else that needs to be said can be said in a PM, so take the hint.

Isn't anybody going to stand up for silencer? I think the points he made in that large post were spot on, and he has every right to defend himself. Most people's posts seem to be against silencer. For example, randoml off the top of my head, dplax said "Silencer: I suggest you take....". Why not "Silencer and Melusine: I suggest..."
Well, I'm with ya, silencer.

Anyway, back on topic. It's great to see some pictures of people I've never seen before, like Arledrian (Lookin' cool with those shades, dude! ), Lauren, Aelia, etc.

My photo is in my profile, Stealthy's, and "Ironworks hottest", so I doubt you want to see any more of me.

Geez, when threads go bad... I agree that it should go to pm's. Oh, and guys, whenever you comment on a woman's personal appearance, think about it two or three times.

If my posts could be taken in any way against silencer then I apologize. I wrote that he should do that since he was the one who posted the last post in their "debate".

EDIT: I just wanted to stop the storm which was going to come sooner or later if the thread continued the way it was going.

Hive Tyrant, how about you make a new thread if you would like to continue this idea.

Unfortunately it seems to be impossible for some reason, to comply with the request to keep to the spirit of the initial postings and avoid sniping at one another or responding to such posts even after a mod comes in and reminds them what the thread is for, so I'm closing this one before anyone else decides to drop in and make comments or rebuttals that belong in pm.

Maybe a no-comment kind of album like Stealthy's is the best place for pics, after all. If you do start another thread, there will be NO personal trashing or sniping in it or it will just be closed and we'll assume that the concept is just not possible around here. I would have thought it could be done maturely and in a sense of fun and friendship but the last several pages of this thread say otherwise.
