It's been a looooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggg dry spell since any good games have come out, and you can only play the same old games for so long.

While I am waiting for IWD2, Dungeon Siege (OK, it's coming out in a week or two, but focus on the point here), Warcraft III (yeah, right), MM9, HOMM4, and the other great games which are due, I decided to pick up WBII.

Let me just say I am biased for the Warlords series already, both the TBS and RTS games they have made. But this game is AWESOME!!! They took the original and added, added, added. Just about every aspect of an already great game was improved. They also went back to the roots of the series, and the campaign is a 67 region battle (read: bloodbath) for unlimate domination of Etheria. Beautiful graphics and sound as well...

The demo is available on the web site (www.warlordsbattlecryii.com) and on this months CGW CD. Try it! You'll be hooked!

(Author's Note: Sorry that sounded like a spamming ad, but I am really escited about this game. I have been a huge fan of the Warlords series for a long time. They have never let me down, unlike other companies (*cough* Blizzard *cough*)

For anyone that played the demo of Warlords Battlecry II with the Barbarian hero, my comment is : "IS GOOD!"

Btw, you forgot to mention NWN and Morrowind.
