I could get the one that is capped at 8megabits/s but for that you pay by the megabyte, and it would cost me a fortune! Like over $300 a month.

Didn`t you say you have the same upload/download speeds ?? Or do you just mean the maximums ?? Because the only thing that makes ADSL different from DSL is the A- representing the fact that upload/download speeds work independantly...

[/QUOTE]No upload and download speeds are the same, 128kilobits/s each way, but it is still called ADSL by the people selling it. Crappy Telecom and Xtra. They regard the customer as the enemy.

Probably they`re capped at the same speed, but speed up/slow down independantly of each other [img]smile.gif[/img]
Sounds exactly like our telecommunications company... half private; and the A-triple-C don`t care about the price hikes. Blame Johnny Howard...
