DL poll: When will it arrive by you?

With Dungeon Lords going gold tomorrow, when do you think it will finally show up at a store near you? And why?

My guess: May 6, two days later. They've had a week to make CDs, and shipping on the 4th should get it there on the 6th.

Is there a standard day of the week that games are released - like Tuesdays for DVDs? If not, then I'd say the 6th should be right on.

Well, they *claim* it ships may 4th, soooooo... I'm gessing places here like EB Games and Future Shop will get it by Friday the 6th. Later for other outlets. Of course, depends where they're minting the disks. If it's in Toronto, where I believe Dreamcatcher is based, then I may have the advantage!

In other words... uh, I agree - the 6th!

most new games are in stores on Wednesdays, but thats just been my experience

If got shops lucky enough to pass through the watchful eyes of the custom and police I say 1 week after the release. Else I might have to buy it from overseas.

I think you have a good guess bungleu.

I think the gone gold date compared to the release date is wrong i think it takes weeks before its made. Im going to guess it comes out next week but some people will get it tommorow.

Amazon still has DL listed as being released May 15th. I think that's about right.

Went (hopefully) into EB Games today... No dice. They said it was *supposed* to have come in today, but never did. boo
