i must say Wizard Slayer. they cant use magic bracers, cloaks, rings, amulets, or girdles, but theyre still pretty good. the 10% spell failure is cumulative, and it gets through stoneskins. so in just a few hits, the WS can completely disable the mage while the Kensai is wacking through the skins. the WS can still use boots of speed, magic shields, magic helmets, magic armor (ill emphasize armor for this discussion) and magical weapons. i currently have a WS w/ an ac of -14 that can rip through any kensai/mage you put him up against. so I must say that the WS is better.

you should see what my wizard slayer does to a mind flayer. its pretty embarassing for the mind flayers. all the rest of my people are held or controlled. and my wizard slayer is just hacking them to pieces.
