reading today... just a coincidence i found this thread, but anyway, in competiton with this NASA computer, IBM has further increased the processing power of their "8000 power PC" processor bassed system, to sustain a claimed 70.72 teraflops.
So i found that fairly wow. |

It's actually in "PC Authority" magaziene, the only link it gives is to www.ibm.com, but I have looked there, and it doesn't have anything new.
I might post again if I find an article or some pictures or something. |
