Heyyyyy, even Saz is back. Kickaxe.
I think that was my first question when I started posting here again: "Hey, where's Saz?" |

Wow, everyone is returning, must be something in the air. I wonder how long it will take before we see other familiar faces again, like Epona, Kaltia, Moni, Downunda, etc...

I think it's because, though some of us may vanish we still stay tied to the large webbed network of friends- bonds which have proven to be so strong they never break. As long as somebody knows somebody else and the word is spread eventually all the familiar faces return.
There's just something about Ironworks that remains a part of us that never goes away. I know for many of us, especially in my own life, where we exist today may even be contributed in part to the connections we've made via this forum.

Epona's married now and not much online anymore. I still hear from her now and again though.

What a thread. Really a pleasure to read through it.
So many old faces coming back. I even remember some of them. Sazerac especially, he was one of the most helpful people towards me when I was struggling through Wizardry 8 a couple of years ago. Myself I've never really been away, but usually I don't poke my head much out of the RP forum nowadays.
