Are there any items in the game which improve a characters 'set traps' ability? If so, where are they?

The only item i can think of that enhances a thief's set snares ability is the mercykiller ring. It has +20% to set snares. Deidre, one of the bonus merchants, sells it. She can be found the Adventurers Mart.
