Tribunal very big bug

I just got both Tribunal and Bloodmoon, and I'm starting to hate Tribunal. I'm in teh Dark Brotherhood sewers, and there's this guy in this room who's got a bow. Anyways, every time I come close to killing him, he says something, in a buffer overflow fashion. I can't get out of the damned conversation menu, and I can't even Taunt him as the goodbye option is removed by another batch of "You're in teh Dark Brotherhood hideout? You die!" crap. Anyone know a good way to get rid of this? Is it important for him to say something?

Install the v1.6.1820 patch.

Already around it.
And both Bloodmoon patches(euro and amer) seem to say that they can't find files of proper versions, so no patch.
I found the answer on this very board, and have in so doing defiled my honor, as I forgot to use the search option prior to posting. But, for handyness sake for anyone else, while in the overflow of talking, press tilde and type toggescripts. then, get teh contract, get out of the sewers and type it again.
