Help with Bonus merchants

I loaded my collector's edition CD, and I can't find Joluv in the Copper Coronet. I found Diedre in the adventurer's mart. Where is Joluv supposed to be inside the CC?

He's at the Copper Coronet in the Slums district. Around the place where you see Korogan.

Joluv should be inside the Copper Coronet, standing on about the same place where Yoshimo is. He also walks around at times, so he might be somewhere else in there, or even right out side the door. He is dressed as a nobleman.

And strangely, if you cast detect evil with a paladin or something, Joluv shows up as evil...?

Joluv is not part of the Collector's Edition, you get him when you pre-order SoA. You can download Joluv from Baldurdash. The bonus merchants are ToB compatiable.

Just a few questions:
1)How do you get the Bonus Merchants? I thought I saw such an option in the custom install, but I'm probably just fooling myself by distorting my own memories.
2)I'm going to assume I would know if I had purchased the Collector's edition? As in, it would be clearly labeled as such.
3)If I'm just running around like a decapitated chicken here, could I possibly find a mod with effectively no major bugs that would put the Bonus Merchants into my game?
