Well I don't usually punch someone in the face unless they hit first (and then I don't need music ) but sometimes I use music to be ready for sports [img]smile.gif[/img]

I really like those. But basically any song with good drums will qualify, especially double bass and sometimes blastbeats when it's on internet radio

Limp Bizkit's Break Stuff and Linkin Park's Hit The Floor.

Before every rowing regatta I tended (don't do that anymore) to listen to these two songs just to get myself agressive. Fred's lyrics in Break Stuff are just super when it comes to that:

The good thing about Hit The Floor is the beginning of the song with only the guitar playing and then everything falling in.

While I respectfully am in love with you for your band choice, I would recommend listening to some songs on their first album, Herzeleid. Songs like "Der Meister" (The Master) and "Weisses Fleische" (White Flesh) have some ultra-fast riff concucting magic going on. Plus it has my favourite song, "Das Alte Leid" (The old wrong)... Ich will fickennnn... fickennn.... fickken....... fickennn.... DAS ALTE LEIIIIDDD!!!!

So yeah, I nominate Rammstein - Der Meister. Fastest pulsating riff ever.
