One part that had me confused was when the camera was on the midget standing in front of the police car, not cuffed yet. You hear the out of shape cop wheez "What are you doing?" LOL, etc., then out of nowhere the camera pans around and the midget is laying face down on the sidewalk, by himself, for some unknown reason. LOL what was that all about? Glad I don't live in LA. Then again, maybe it's great to live there, free entertainment right outside your door!

ROTFL.. LZ, I was wondering what the whole climb up the post thing was about. I mean come on now.. how long can you hang onto a pole like that before sliding off? LOL Cops would have got him again sooner or later!
