Help! I'm trying to get to the Umar Hills and Windspear Mountains, but they're greyed out. I've gone to the city gates, gone to Nalia's keep, and they're still greyed out. I talked to the little boy who approached Minsc, went to the building in the government district, and still can't go there. Any ideas?

Go to the city gates
To further kick off some quests, you need to chat to people at the gates |
