Greetings

Hi Everyone,

I saw Cloudbringers post and thought I'd pop in and say hi! Love that storm graphic btw.

I'm a friend of Saz and Slugs..mostly lurking at the WW Board and the Wiz 8 Board, and you can see that I don't post all that much, only having about 60 posts to my name!

I am heavily into RPG's of all kinds, I saw someone named Bahamut or something....nice to see some fans of other RPG's here.

I also am a semi retired Street Fighter fan...old master from ye olden days when people only controlled one character and didnt have 5000 little jerky helper assists flying around. Man, these new games seem more like space invaders then martial arts fighting. Oh well.

I noticed someone had an animated Mai graphic...Ladyzekke I believe? Any other SF fans out there? I just went to my first tournament for these newer games...my friends and I got annihilated...but we have plans to hit B5 and try to make a dent in some of their best players. We'll get annihilated again, but that's half the fun!

Well, thanks for the warm welcome...and what games and such is everyone into?

Best,

Scronan

"No. It can't be played"
"Can I look at it?
"No we've seen enough of that one....."

Hello again!

Thank you, Cloudbringer, for "forcibly" dragging me back into General Discussions! Actually, I'm glad to come. I'm sorry that I haven't checked back in lately; first with the Forums being down for so much last week, then I had to get caught up with the other forums . . I know, excuses, excuses!

BTW, Scronan is a VERY cool dude. Glad to see you're over here too, Scronan!

I'm at work now, so I can't post too much...but I'll be back over later. I definitely want to catch up on some of the very creative posts here!

Thanks once again (and a big hello to Cloudbringer!)

ROTFL!!! Hey, you just saved yourself a great big ol' Cloudy Howdy in bold headline-sized PINK letters and all in it's own thread! heehee

Glad you came over, Sazerac! I'm the self-appointed Welcome Wagon for the board! Love to see folks interacting and this forum is one of the best places to do that! (YAY, ZIROC!) Gotta say thanks to Memsy for sending you this way. Hmmm... that means I'll have to write that review for the book forum and or hang out more on BG2 forum...sigh...I really want a rl timestop spell!

I'm going to have to check out some of the other crpgs now, too! If I have time, I'll be lurking in your forum. I can understand the time crunch problem very well! But check out what you can and enjoy! I'll try and bring a few old threads to the surface if I get a chance.

HAHAHAHA! ...Ok, ok, just don't *slug* me or anything...I bruise easily! And here, have a slug of my newest drink concoction, the Afternoon Delight, from the Moon's Hope Inn (a chat thread on this forum that's like a neighborhood pub/bar/tavern...where a few of us are semi-regulars and a lot of others wander in for a drink a song or a weird event....LOL).

Better? teehee...sorry, I'm a relatively new gardening buff and creepycrawly slugs came first to mind!

Oh and nice to meet you, really!

HI Scronan!
(giggle) I'm so happy that my post got some response! It was right neighbourly of Memny to invite Sazerac over here and I figured I'd just tell you all to check it out.

So do you play BG2 or IWD? Bahamut is a regular of the General Discussions and BG2 forums, possibly others, but that's where I know him from. Great guy! And LadyZekke has that er...quaint and scantily clad martial artist doing some amazing feats of flexibility..heehee..in her sig, yes.

Tis good to meet you! I mostly hang out here and in BG2 and the book forum. Lately I've peeked in the IWD zone. See you around! Check out the Questions thread by ladyZekke...answer them for us! We love to get to know each other better and those sorts of things are fun.

I don't know if anyone's done a statistical review on this subject, but I reckon it takes an average of about 24 - 27 posts for a thread to go offtopic. (as opposed to an offtopic thread in a forum)
Any takers?
Also - worst perpetrators:
Yorick!
Cloudy!
BK!
Memnoch?

Hi Sazerac!

Oh Leonis...(pseudo-pout)pishtosh! HAHA...I am in such GOOD company! teehee They are are some of my favorite posters from the beginning.

And besides, Lionhearted one (I love the big cats too, btw), if it makes people happy and they can have a good chat...where's the harm?! And this is MY domain...heheheehhe...General Discussions is free off-topic territory! Memnoch and Ziroc promised me that on the old board before we moved here! BWAHAHAHHA...er...sorry...got carried away...

Ack...statistics? here?! ARGH...you're one of those 'numbers' guys, aren't you? Oh, my...I shall have to work with you, dear Leonis...first thing you do is have a pint, dress casually and

forget the pesky numbers...

teeheehee The rest should come naturally!
