The biggest change with 3.5 is the character classes - they FINALLY fixed the Ranger!!!

Other than that, if you already have 3.0 don't bother with the new 3.5 books. Just get the upgrade booklet off the net.

Christ, I still am getting used to AD&D, then Wizards of the Coast (the same pricks who produced set after set after set after set after set of Magic: The Gathering while never improving the mechanics and just overcomplicating things in an ever-cascading convolution of insanity) produces this, a tool to bilk cash out of the fans. As I see it, 3.5 is just an extension of that campaign. Eidos has talked about Thief 3 as becoming a major brand for them, which as we know won't ever happen. Ion Storm's contract will end with Eidos, and they won't be obligated to make any expansions or a Thief 4...
