I notice a lot of u have low INT and/or WIS - not only will this hurt your lore (thieves and mages), but many spell's durations are based on the targets intelligence - for example Maze. Late in the game u will face this a lot. And unless u like to reload a million times, 3 Int doesn't cut it. You'll be outta the battle.

As for Wisdom, higher wisdom not only helps your lore, but it helps your magical defensive adjustment. I almost always focus on Wisdom over Int and Cha for my characters.

To not use 18 dex for EVERY char is pure folly, as is not having 16 CON for any non-fighter. 17 Con for any non-fighter is also a total waste of a point unless you are a mage and plan on losing your familiars a lot (+2 at 16 is max bonus for all non-fighters). All fighters should have 18 CON, 19 for dwarfs and 1/2 orcs.

Charisma is completely useless yet again, that ring u get in the beginning makes me wonder why I wasted a single point in Cha.

+3 Vorpal Weapon (25% chance to kill any opponant by slicing them in half)

From the time I got the cloak of reflection and the vorpal sword, I no longer needed anyone in my party. He easily took out everything solo. Was kinda imbalanced IMO. With a Cleric/thief following me around I could have done the entire game. Took out all the dragons solo. Only a couple reloads.

Hmm, here's an interesting question. What's the best roll you've ever gotten? My best roll yielded 90 points total, which I think is pretty good.

My "Tank"

was my undead hunter christian
who dealt out 50 damage once to a vampire

stats are listed above
he is levl 12 now i think (935000exp)

AC ^-6
has as waepon the drinker (+2 longsword)
and came out of a battle with 6 vampires with more hitpoints than he had when he went in
(send him in alone coz the other got dominated and stuff)

that red dragon shield as shield with a fullplate +1 armor
and the dragon helmet
very good character for my standerds
(i'm magic obsessed so i agree on volo for once paladin ranger fighter all the same,diffrent name)
but my archer only deals out 9 damage with a +3 bow and +1 arrows Howcome he should have an averige of 16 or so

Nine damage? Minsc was doing more than that with a composite longbow and regular arrows.

Glorick is right int and wis are one of the most important stats.
Also in the dialoges you won't come far with only 3 int I have 16 int and have much more options'
in dialogue then a character with 3
