Use the little disc cubby hole near the armourers in Waukeens. You'll be coming back here often in the game and it saves 20 odd hours travelling across the map if you forget stuff.

Actually set them in a chest anywhere is fine, but Memnoch has it right sell them to Charlie at the Schit List emporium you might pick up something in return
