Who here is a fan of this series? I think it's the most enthralling series I've ever read. The only one that comes close is the "Narnia" series I read when I was younger. The characters personalities are so alive in these books. The world and creatures are so unique. Has anyone read a series as good? I'd like to know where else to look for reading material as I'm now waiting on the new books to come out.

Hey Sir Kenyth, you might want to try this in the book forum.
BTW, I've never read teh books, but I know Kaz is a big Wheel of Time fan. Love Narnia, though! ------------------ Lil' Angel Sword Saint and Enchantress of the HADB Clan The Lady Lioness of Castle Kerhelm Waitress at Cloudy's Cafe and the Promised Land Official Restrainer of Table Dancers PeaceKeeping Force, Intelligence Division |

Hi Sir Kenyth, I've read all nine books of the Wheel of Time series, and agree, they are great books. Great BIG LONG books LOL! As for other good authors, I'd take a look at Terry Goodkind, as H. Sedai has mentioned, and also my favorite of favorite authors of Fantasy and Science Fiction, C.S. Friedman

Robert Jordan rules! David Eddings and Katherine Kerr are also good.
And, yes, there's an old series of three animated movies. Plus the new 'live action' one coming out later this year. ------------------ Alureth...Dragon friend of Breanna, Mage and Advisor in the Court of Lady Lioness Co-Owner/Operator of the Evil Petting Zoo and devout member of the HADB clan.
