My name has a very 'Strange' Origination, and i feel quite stupid teling you all! You see my name originates from none other than the side of a bottle of wine which I thought had a nice ring to it! hehehehe

Check around for it! Beaumanoir Wine!

I don't think I replied in this one but for the sake of rehashing a lame reason for calling myself Moni, let me say that is is merely short for my given name Monique and is easy to type.

LastTruePrincess is my AOL screen name...if it has any meaning, it is as it states...The Last True Princess.

Well mine is pretty much self-explanitory. I do like my beer! And maybe some tequilla shots. And some dancing girls. And a big wad of cash to spend on it all.

By way of introduction to the GD forum, I'll chime in.

Hayashi is Japanese for 'woods' (as in forest), and my surname ('Ling' in Mandarin hanyu pinyin, the romanised way of writing Chinese) translates to the same. It's a common name I use whenever I need to name the player-character in the games I play. I have others, but Hayashi's my favourite.

I'm currently just starting in Chap 3 of BG2, and most of my posts are there. I've only recently started visiting this forum, more for laughs and virtual companionship than anything else.

I've already answered this on another thread but here it is:
.
One of the styles i studied was Shield Style Kung Fu
One of my favourite characters became the God Shield, and afterwards an Old One named Lord Shield
Also, I'm an effective shield because of the Chi Gung technique
Also, nobody expects to be hit by a Shield

This is from my intro thread:

Welcome Smoothbrain!
"Do you think he realizes what the negative connotation of his name is? I mean, if knowledge and experience create the wrinkles in the brain, then what would you logically be able to say about a person with a smooth brain... hmmm..."

it is actually a ref to my dog. very appropriate. and for the record i have no male parts that i am aware of.

As long as you realise that the little guy (CounterPoint) who made that statement was conversing with me, and trying to get me in trouble, and not making any blanket statement about you to degrade. hehehe
