Kaerban's guns exploded, and all the energies in his armor were scrambled or enough time for his jets to fail. He tumbled to the ground, and looked up at Kai. "Gates!" he yelled again, and this time he didn't want to take any chances. He pulled out a large mass driver cannon, and aimed it at Kai. Kaerban fired at Kai, and a super-light slug hit Masakari square in the chest and knocked him back so hard and fast, that Masakari had to use jets to stop. Kaerban feeded another round in the weapon, jumped and fired his jets to near Kai, always aiming at him. He fired again.

Kai shouted "GATE" causing the shell to dissapear into an opening, it then opened behind Kaerban and the slug struck him in the small of his back, ramming him into the ground next to kai.

"OH you wanna play!" He said in a tantin mannor, he stood up and brushed himself off... "Then let's play!!!" He flew up into the air again leaving Kaerban in the dust of his shockwave.

"You're not the only one that can move through time." Kaerban said and smiled. The sound of the mass driver firing was resounding through the air, and Kaerban's image shimmered a bit, but then came solid again. Kai was hit by eight different slugs from eight different directions at the same time, which sent him turning like a puppet through the air. "Gaaates!" Kaerban screamed and six shimmering holes appeared around himself and Kai. Kaerban jumped into one, and appeared from the other, and shot at Kai. He jumped into the next closest gate.

Kai, after being knocked around for a bit, was getting a tad fedup with these skills.

"Impressive..." he said with a guffaw... Suddenly he fired his rockets and proceeded down toward the land below, he crashed with a shockwave which made a crater at his feet and cause the nearby rock to fly around in shattered chunks of earth.

His body became surrounded with a green plasma sheild, he closed his eyes and his tentacles all extended outward, he then raised his hands and the clouds in the sky parted and gave way to a large portal, much larger than anything normally generated for the transportation of an object, bursting forth from this portal was a fairly large vehicular-looking armored tank which fell to the ground, a large electrical conduit seperated from the machine and retracted up into the hole in space quickly which then vanished. The vehicle then opened up many ports around its hull, each containing what appeared to be weapon-firing barrels... Then all at once white smoke surrounded the machine, accompanied by the sound of a thousand missiles being launched... A holographic display appeared around Kai while he was in his sheild...

"Let's see if you can handle the one and only LAST STRAW!"

uncountable numbers of Rockets flew about wildly in the air and began chasing Kaerban.

"Ha! Last straw! I can take your punch!" Kaerban screamed, as he jumped into the air, and clenched his fists, waiting for a a few rockets to hit him. They hit him, and Kaerban was sent flying through the air. Surprised that the rockets were stronger than he believed, he saw that on two places his armor was dented. A bead of sweat rolled down his forehead inside his armor, as he looked at the remaining thousands of rockets, all racing towards him. Kaerban ran towards them, and jumped over them with his jets. Several rockets crashed at the ground or at each other, but that did next to nothing to lessen the number of projectiles. Kaerban turned towards the closest gate he summoned, and entered it. The rockets followed, but only flew through the gate, as Kaerban exitet behind the rockets. He moved his hand like he was throwing a grenade, and the while area around the rockets turned into a blazing inferno. A massive explosion detonated the rockets, and Kaerban turned his attention towards kai, and his jugghernaut. Hearing a sound from behind he realised that not all the rockets were detonated and jumped towards the tank. He turned towards the rockets and jumped high into the air just a second before they hit him, leaving the rockets to bombard the tank.

"Sorry Shino tried that once and it didnt work for him either so it wont work for you!"

The missiles completely flew around the tank, they were able to avoid making contact, the tank fired a second volley of missiles... he started pressing a few buttons on a holographic keyboard...

"This time they've got live Nuclear warheads... Let's see if you can knock these away..."

Kaerban flew high into the air, and then reversed his jets towards the ground. He raced just past several of the rockets as he streaked towards the shielded Kai. He landed with an impact some 30 meters away from Kai and looked above to see the missles gaining. He looked at Kai and said "Gate." and a globe surrounded him and vanished with him. The nukes hit the ground and exploded. After the shockwave, at the point of impact, a gate opened and Kaerban stepped out. He saw the huge crater the bombs left, and looked around to see if the tank or Masakari were damaged.

in the middle of the Crater was kai with his sheild still around him...

"Impressive! you can move very fast... Who're you working for?" He asked.

A large holo monitor suddenly sprung up out of nowhere near the Positai...
On it appeared the faces of the Lylock Commander and the Poletzai commander, they both apppeared to be very disgruntled... it was very peculear to see them standing together...

"Hikari! Are you guys ok? What happened? We just registered a nuclear explosion... huge... Can someone give me a status report?"

"Someone who wants you dead." Kaerban ejected a round from the mass drive, and inserted a warp power-round. He aimed it at Masakari and waited for his shield to drop. He also looked around to see if there were any surprises that Kai set up while Kaerban was phasing away from the nukes.
OOC: @ Stormy: Imagine apocalypse, the four horsemen, and a supernova at the same place and the same time. Now add sugar, a tablespoon of water and stirr. That's what happened [img]smile.gif[/img]
