Ratatouille (any is good but mine at home is best);
the Flourless cake with chocolate gernache made at the Inn I worked at in VT; Fried Green Tomatoes, Beans, and Cornbread (my mom's is much better than mine); Eggplant parmesean caserole (the one I make at home, Eggplant Parm in restaurants sucks); a really good dark greens salad with fetta, mesclin, almonds, and my ever-famous balsamic vinegar and VT maple syrup dressing with fresh basil and pepper; any spicy cashew tofu stir-fry; thai green curry; and certainly notleast, Chicago-style deep dish pizza (the kind with the sauce on top and the fixings cooked inside - you have not lived....) Now I'm REALLY hungry! |

Hey dude - all jokes aside - there is an exceedingly popular dish that is served in many an Indian curry house called Chicken Korma - were you aware of that before now?

Nic's Famous Pizza and Chicken is the best greasy spoon in the world! It's a combo gas station/convenience store/diner.
Their "All The Way" Pizza is utterly amazing. I like a slice or two of that with some "taters" and a small cup of fried chicken livers and gizzards. Now that, my friends, is fine dining! The other great thing about Nic's? They sell Alka-Seltzer at the checkout counter.
