Is he the tree you get seeds from for the guild quest? If so how do you get them, Kill him? I have talked to him and said seed, and nothing happens

This is not the tree you seek!!
 There are Bark Horrors to be found in the Lost Sea area which are BAD trees and will drop plenty of seeds. Sometimes they can also be found in the area around Talrik though this is pretty rare. Oakenmir is a nice tree!  Wyv |
