You really don't know ? I think there's possibly more than 1 million bikes stolen every year in the Netherlands, it sadly has become a way of life. The police has no time to look into this, since they are pretty much occupied handing out parking and speeding tickets all day long. Once your bike is gone, it's gone forgood. You can either buy a new one, or steal one yourself.

Another tip for foreigners is that the cafe menu does not come in small/meduim/large, It comes in grammes [img]graemlins/petard.gif[/img]

Yeah and if you do decide to steal one yourself, make sure you do it while drunk then you can claim it as a beer trophy and it is not a crime
