Just curious, has anyone heard about a W&W 2 coming out? If so, when? Would love to hear # 2 is on the way!

Hi Babydobie!

If search was working properly, I would bump up the thread which includes a copy of email that Bradley sent to one of our posters. Basically he said that there are no immediate plans to make a W&W II but eventually, time and money allowing, he would like to make a sequel.

Well if an when Bradley does make a sequel, I sure hope he doesn't have bugs in it like the one for getting in and out of the Stout Mines and the lock-up when you have to fight Kerah in the Pyramid. Grrrrr.... I'm trying a solo Pixie trip and can't get in the Stout Mine. He always says, "I'll let you in" and then immediately says "I'm letting you out now." I don't WANT to get out. I want IN!!!

CatsMeowCentral,

Check your inventory and make certain that you don't accidentally have TWO writs - this sometimes happen and is most often the cause for the Stout Mines to fail to let you in or out.

A bird told me about what's cooking. It's not a sequel, but it's a similiar genre. Not quite as complex, but that doesn't mean it'd be shallow. It sounds like it could be verrrrrry cool!

Good news Alzagor - so do you know if it's 1st person, turn based etc?

-:CatsMeowCentral:-
If you really want to experience serious bugs, try to play Pool of Radiance (borrow it from a friend though, it's hardly worth the money). Apparently it might erase your OS if you try to uninstall it

I'm not sure and it's all subject to change, but I believe it's a bit like Diablo, but 3D and closer to the player. My impression was that it wasn't party-based (but would support multiple players)

Did you make a portal INSIDE the Stout mine. If you did, it's easy. As soon as he tells you that he's letting you IN, cast your teleport spell. Then, drop any extra copies of the chit.

To get out, same principle. When he tells you that he's letting you OUT, cast Call of home or teleport if you have a portal set outside of the mine!

The key is to cast it before he tells you the second line!

Note, you can also try vanish but you don't know where you'll land!
