Do you know what is really amusing about this? The programmers must ahve done a real good job designing Anomen's character because everybody moans or praises him as if he was a real person and not a bunch of numbers in a computer

I thought Anomen was doing ok until I had Keldorn join the party., They ended up fighting each other (funnily Anomen won..) in the middle of the Return to Harpers Stronghold mission, leaving me with only 2/3rds of my party to fight four bloody harpers. Thanks Anomen, you are such a twat.

I kinda of liked him. He is a great cleric with tons of spells (at higher levels) and with my mace of disruption he kicks some a$$. Is a very vital part of my first party. but that is just MHO.

Welcome back Jerome!

Back on topic. Anomen makes such an intriguing exploding torso, don't you think? I didn't realize that my custom halberd was that effective at close range. Korgan should've been a cook, I didn't realize he was that good at chunking people.

The best thing about Anomen is that he makes you feel good about being evil - especially if you're playing a female character, lead him on, manipulate his tinhead brain and stoke the flames of revenge in his heart, then make him feel like he's doing the right thing (gee this guy is THICK!) by killing defenceless women in cold blood, then get him to fail his test and get kicked out of the Order, then urge him to kill everyone inside the Radiant Heart, then watch him turn into a drooling psychopath, then watch Korgan send various parts of his anatomy flying in separate directions. That was definitely a feeling of being EVIL!

Then you get him to go in and slaughter everyone in the compound!!!

And removing all his armour and wepons then getting him to "meet" some of my pit fiend friends also gives everyone a laugh....

OMG!! You're scaring me, here, Memny!

For the record, I agree with Charean's assesmnent. He's in my single party, KNIGHTED and not hacking up the general populous of Athkatla and environs. sheesh!

I really missed out by not having him in my party. He seems like the guy everyone loves to hate. He is definetly going in next time. Where do you meet him? I don't remember meeting him.

You'll meet him in Copper Coronet. Just be nice and "righteous" if you want him to join.

Just don't let Armisael hear you say that Anomen is a good NPC...

I personal had him in my party for a while, and found him to be useful as a fighter, aswell as a handy cleric...
If you can get over his serious attitude problem, well go for it...
