Very sorry to hear that Ziroc. I hope you and your family are holding up well. Just take heart in the fact that she is in a better place now. God bless.

Sorry to hear that Ziroc, at least she didn't feel the end. What am I saying, this is just a new step for her into the arms of God,this is by no means the end. I'm sure your mother is extremely proud about the way you handled the whole situation, and like Cerek said earlier
"A new angel is born today"

I am so sorry Dan, I will be praying on this side of the Atlantic for your mother.

I was walking down life's highway a long time ago.
One day I saw a sign that read, "Heaven's Grocery Store".
As I got a little closer the door came open wide,
and when I came to myself I was standing inside.
I saw a host of Angels, they were standing everywhere.
One handed me a blanket and said, "My Child shop with care".
Everything a Christian needs is in that grocery store,
and all you can't carry, come back the next day for more.

First, I got some Patience, Love was in the same row.
Further down was Understanding, needed everywhere you go.
I got a box or two of Wisdom, a bag or two of Faith,
I just couldn't miss the Holy Ghost, it was all over the place.
I stopped to get some Strength and Courage to help me run this race,
but then my blanket was getting full, and I remembered I needed Grace.

I didn't forget Salvation, which like the others was free,
so I tried to get enough of that to save both you and me.
Then I started to the counter to pay my grocery bill,
for I thought I had everything to do my master's will.
As I went up the aisle, I saw Prayer and had to put it in,
for I knew when I stepped outside, I would run right into sin.
Peace and Joy were plentiful, they were on the last shelf.
Song and Praises were hanging near, so I just helped myself.

Then I said to the Angel, "How much do I owe"?
The Angel smiled and said, "Just take them everywhere you go."
Again, I politely asked "How much do I really owe?"
The Angel smiled again and said, "My Child, Jesus Paid Your Bill
A Long Time Ago."

She'll be happy in heaven Z, with all the qualities a good person should have. My condolenses to you,

Brad

Same from me too, Z. Sorry to her about your loss, but I am glad it happened so peacefully. Take care.

EDIT - for spelling.

I'm sorry Ziroc. I did not respond to you earlier thread, I just don't handle this kind of thing well and did not know what to say.

But, I should have tried.

Even so, I was thinking about you and your Mom. I can't say I prayed for her, since I don't believe in anything spiritual. But I I'm glad her suffering has passed and you now can begin to heal, too.

I hope you can get your life in good order and be happy again. Remember your Mom for all the good times and you'll be ok.

I'm sure you must miss her, Ziroc. Accept her passing with serenity and understanding as part of the natural order of things.

Death is not the end. Neither is birth a beginning...

I am so sorry to hear that, mate. I want you to know that my prayers and thoughts have been with you since you first broke the news to us. I know that this doesn't ease the pain, but your mother has gone to a better place. The Lord works in mysterious ways - He has decided to take your mother up to be with Him and be free of this mortal coil.

Look after yourself and Donna, and you know my email address if you need to talk about anything.

My deepest sympathies to you and your family, Dan.
I know it doesn't take away your sadness to know she went peacefully and is in a better place now, but hopefully it will slightly alleviate the pain. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers *hugs*

Sarah
