Anyone got an idea how to get the Enhanced Flesh Golem, that you can create in Alchemy Lab (Underdark), to follow your party out when you exit the Illithid Stronghold. By the way, is there any way to maintain/repair the beast when it's been hurt (other then to rest).

The flesh golem is vunarable to sunlight,so thus,I don't think you can take him out of there.
