I would say Korgan sux... Minsc rules...he have 70% of total experience in my party
 I dont know how but He really rocks...Korgan had only 12 and Aerie 8 and me self 10

If your parties good, try Mazzy. Not nearly the fighter Korgan is, but Okay in a pinch.

Keldorn's pretty okay for a good aligned party too.
