. . . . . . . . . .. .. Find the pathway located behind a staircase in on of the towers ( sorry don't remember which one) it will take you over to the BLocked tower and then you'll be able to locate the macinery room. |

It's the tower that you get to by taking the northeast exit from Level 4 of the Hand. I think it's the 3rd level of that particular tower...exit to the west.
