Hello Kaltia, very long time no see! How you doing? Well my day has been pretty good, but I have been cut off the net all day because BT were doing some stupid thing, quite annoying really. But anyway regained it just about 10 minutes ago, so thought Id come and catch the latest gos on IW. Have a good day folks.

Argh, still battling this cold! Attalus, since you're a doc, maybe you have some advice? Just finished reading my Darwin crap for English, and doing some noun-verb agrrement bull, that is considered my homework. Chemistry is actually frustrating me, which is cool ,because I'm looking forward to actually understanding all that. Oh, what a woeful dork, am I! [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Wow, the forum is really inactive, today/night. Well, it's about 2 am, here, now. I'm really bored, and contemplating sleep, but it just doesn't seem like a fun thing to do, right now. [img]tongue.gif[/img] Anyone actually out there??

Edit: I think I may have that cold beat, I took medicine quite a while ago, and it was supposed to wear off, by now. Still no probs. If I wake up frsh, tomorrow/today, I'll actually get to do business as usual! Woot!! [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img]

Had a good yoga class today (as well as 6 hours of other classes

). Challenging, just the way I like it.

Drink plenty of fluids including orange juice,, stay warm and rested, get lots of sleep, and take loratidine for congestion. Stay away from smoke.

Ah, how I have missed the sounds of road rage outside my house. Since there's an old folk's nursing home just down the road, both the embittered combatants are in their seventies. It's like some sort of special geriatric-only version of Jerry Springer.
