its supposed to be the car. i wouldnt know about the wheels. i'm gonna go take a look at it tommorrow. its about 30 miles away.

Make sure you test drive it throughly....the idle should be around 750-800 rev/min and MAKE SURE you ask the seller if the problem with the engine balancer shaft seal/oil seal retainer...
