MP help

Just tried MP for the first time, but couldn't get on. It seems that the "client and server do not match".
Ok, now, being computer illiterate, I don't know what this means or how to fix it...

Try updating to the new version using the update button on the launch menu. If you've already done this then maybe the server you were trying to enter did not.
